Rec Cheer FUNDAMENtALS

FUNdamentals is a foundational, learning-based program. Developed by the U.S. All Star Federation this FUN, low-cost program is to introduce first-time young athletes to All Star in a learning-only, non-competitive environment.

FUNdamentals introduces athletes to the foundational elements of all star cheer such as motions, stunts, jumps, and choreography. 

Novice Teams

Novice is the perfect introduction to competitive teams for athletes ready for that next step! Novice sessions are offered twice a year beginning in August and January.

Each session is approximately 4 months long, team members practice once weekly, and teams compete in one regional competition.

Half Season

Half season teams host tryouts in July and participate in 4 competitions between January and April. 

They are a lower commitment than a full season team and available for new and experienced cheerleaders.

Full Season

March 17 – April 6

Early registration discount! $50 if you register by April 6^th and $65 after.

Open House: Saturday May 3

1-3 PM 

This will be a time to come and meet the Omega owners and coaches. They will be available to give tours and answer questions. Athletes can come for an open gym during this time. No registration required.
